Shipment & CARGO Tracking

Frequently Asked Questions

You may track your shipment using any one of the following references:

  • B/L Number
  • Shipment Number
  • AWB Number

Enter the available reference into the tracking page to view the latest shipment status and milestone updates.

These shipment references are typically provided within your:

  • shipment confirmation
  • booking confirmation
  • invoice
  • Bill of Lading
  • Air Waybill
  • email correspondence from the shipper, supplier, or TP Cargo team

If you are unable to locate the relevant reference, please contact your sender or TP Cargo representative for assistance.

Tracking information becomes available once the shipment has entered operational handling and the first movement or milestone has been recorded in our system.

Depending on the stage of the shipment, updates may not appear immediately after booking confirmation.

Please verify that:

  • the reference has been entered correctly
  • you are using a valid B/L Number, Shipment Number, or AWB Number
  • there are no extra spaces or incorrect characters
  • the shipment has already been processed within the tracking system

If no result is returned, the shipment may not yet be active in tracking, or the reference provided may need to be confirmed.

Yes. A traditional tracking number is not required if you have one of the following shipment references:

  • B/L Number
  • Shipment Number
  • AWB Number

Any of these may be used to search for shipment details through the tracking page, or you can login to your myTPC account to access live status for all your shipments.
